The South Korean textile industry is renowned for its strong technological foresight, especially in post-processing technology, which complements the abundant resources of China's primary textile export products. With the signing of the China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA), textile and garment enterprises of the two countries will face more cooperation opportunities and trade opportunities. The holding of the “2025 Korea International Textile Exhibition" provides an optimal business cooperation platform for both sides of the industry to seize the opportunity, seek development and expand trade channels. The Korea International Textile Exhibition was first held in 2000 and is held annually at the World Trade Center (COEX) in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. This exhibition is hosted by the Korea Fiber Industry Federation, with official support from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of South Korea and the Korea Investment and Trade Promotion Council. After several years of meticulous cultivation and development, this exhibition has become one of the few professional textile category exhibitions in Asia at present.

The previous exhibition covered an area of approximately 25,000 square meters, with 576 exhibitors and 888 booths. At the same time, multiple specialized seminars and fashion shows on the textile industry were held. More than 20,000 professional visitors attended the conference, mainly from trading companies, manufacturers, wholesalers, importers and purchasing offices in countries and regions such as South Korea, China, the United States, Japan, Vietnam, Russia, Mongolia, Hong Kong, China and Eastern Europe.
